Is there any Senior Citizen protection law against a person out of the family. who's staying in the house & not paying rental & also not vacating for the past 2 years. The tenant harassing the senior citizen & his wife daily by abusing words & blackmailing them.The son is in abroad. also blackmailing the son on his visit to india. The case is going on Tamilnadu state rental court but the tenant is not giving answer for the questions taking too much time. Is there is any law to protect the senior citizen aged 78 years. & to vacate the tenant?
