I'm in maharashtra & wish to enter into an agreement with ved path shala. This ved path shala is established by its founder in karnataka state & has its branch in aurangabad, maharashtra & handed over the administration of the branch to the person who is currently look after the path shala.
So, could you please help me to draft a service agreement between the above mentioned parties?
what precautions shall we take while drafting the said service agreement?
