Service Tax

Whether a Corporate Agent of Life Insurance Corporation of India is lible to pay service Tax?

no the corporate agents are not liable to charge service tax & hence they do not have to pay the same, it's the insurance company who has the right to levy & deposit the servcie tax to the government
