All you have to do is first register your client's user Id and Password at the site WWW.ACES.GOV.IN, then you have to fill up the form ST-1 after logging in . After  successfully filling the form you have to submit it online and then generate a copy of ST-1 and physically submit it along with supporting document as to the nature of business , constitution of the business etc. to the range office of your jurisdiction. After verifying your documents the concerned officer shall issue you the certificate of Registration in form ST-2.

In Mahrashtra Navi Mumbai two districts Thane and Raigad, which is the nearest office / division / range / commissionerate for submission of ST-1 after online registration in e-system for ST-2 and how much time taken by the department to release the Form ST-2.

Please share me also after GST what is the implication of service + sales taxation in the point of laws and regulation by them central and state separately or combined together for next fiscal proposed to GST in India.
