Service termination

 

Respected Sir,


           A temporary government servant whose service have been terminated  after 4 years of Continues service under Central Civil Services Rule 5 Sub Rule 1 by paying One month salary with out holding any opportunity of hearing and the applicant have challenged the order in the CAT and it is Still Pending for final order.In the mean time due to unemployment the applicant can get another job on the basis of temporary government service , whether he is eligible for getting Experience Certificate from the Employer and if employer deny to issue the experience Certificate then What is The remedy available for applicant to Get Exp Certificate or he is not entitile for exp certificate at all.?

rules are silenton experience certificate. He may ask for it and may get.  Morever for Gov temployment he has to mention past Govt service in his biadata and in asttestation form.
