Hello, My original flat sale deed contains names of my mother , myself and my wife, where as the name in the share certificate is only mine. After execution of gift deed by mother she transferred her rights on my and my wife's name.
How to do the corrections in the share certificate pl. advice.

The membership rights could be availed by succession as stipulated in the bylaws. Therefore you can infer the importance of the share certificate of cooperative society.

If bye law permits to bear the name on certificate of first person & joint name of your wife, make application to make your wife as joint /associate member, failing which you may write to Registrar of Co-op.Hsg. Society.
