The property is in whose name ?

Dear Madam,

You and your daughter are entitle for your husband's property and ancestral property share of your husband. 

Regards,

1. Children (Son, Daughter & their spouses & resultant children) are legally NOT entitled to claim ANYTHING from living Parents /Inlaws property, as a matter of right.  This has been upheld by several HC /SC judgments.

2. However, IF any property was self acquired by Husband, in his own name, THEN Wife & children are entitled to claim their proportionate share ratio ONLY from the Husband's Property.
