My father constructed a 3 storey house on a leasehold land in Delhi. After my parents demise, my brother and I who are the only 2 siblings, divided (Written Family settlement) the property wherein 1 got the GF and my brother took the 1st and the 2nd Floors.
My questions:
In what ratio/share does the land get divided if we go in for converting our Lease hold land to Freehold?
Who gets the terrace rights?
Are there any judgments for such situations?
