Share suitable judgment on conversation recording on cd also

Respected all,

  • Please suggest and share whether any suitable judgement available that audio/voice conversation may be submitted as defence proof under 498A false cases??
  • Whether above such conversations audio/voice/telephonic could be allowed and admissible in any court of law under Civil or criminal case on CDs/or pendrive, etc. even in absence of first instrument/device of recording as the same has been transferred to some other disk i.e. cd/pen drive, etc??  Pls provide relevant judgement in this regard urgently

There is NO judgment but there is a procedure to use such recordings at the right time in the right manner.

Some recordings need to be presented in the first available opportunity, Some in mid-way or during interim of DVC etc if maintenance also going side bu side & some after perjury.

The best ones after cross.

 

You need to sit with an expert & discuss all such recordings to come to a conclusion.
