I have purchased a Share Transfer Form from the Book Shop and get it signed and stamped in 2002, accordingly consideration against share was also paid.
This Transaction was completed for a Pvt Ltd Non Listed Company
Kindly advise if transaction made on such Share Transfer form is valid
Is there any requirement to purchase the Share Transfer form from stock exchange only
