file RTI application to her office.

has she filed any maintainence case against you? if not? then why are you afraid. she will never file as she is working in the govt sector, and one who has income source cannot fool the court about not having any income. if she files, then i suggest that let her file a 125 case against you, in that, she will definitely claim 'she has no source of income' 

once she states that, you file an RTI application to that school directly asking for the list of present employees, their salary, attendance register, etc.

once you receive the reply, file a case of prejury against her, so out of fear of losing her job, she will come to terms of divorce and then go for MCD. 

so dont worry, rejoice if she files some maintainence case...................

I am not worried for maintenance case as while i filed RCR that tym she filed for maintenance but after when women cell got involved on the complaint done by my one month old daughter (as she was not ready to take care of my daughter and my daughter is loved and cared by her grand ma nly) she had to take the maintenance case back and had to compromise that tym, i can not live with her anymore (as again she left me alone after my accident while I ws on bed for almost one and a half year)and she s not willing to divorce , my doubt is as i nly had gone for RCR so will i be able to go for a divorce on cruelty grounds?

Suggestion plz so that I could move forward ..life is gonna waste
