Significance of Previous date on Family Court Summons

The divorce case summon for respondent indicates previous date, which is just 2 days before the summon is signed by the Reader of the court.
The summons indicate date of appearance 3 months away from date of signing by Reader.

What is the significance of Previous Date in this case as there was no previous appearance ?

Thanks in advance
Tarwinder Singh

It might be registration date of the case. Ignore it and focus on next date of hearing.

It is for record purpose and no effect till notice is served to the respondent.

What is your locus standi to the case ?

Did you engage a local prudent lawyer to defend you, if you are respondent ? If so, seek his / her opinion and advise.

The summons gives sufficient time for appearance and causes no prejudice to the respondence; as such, the  query suggests only a non-issue.
