Dear friends,

Can a women filed a Crpc 125 after her interim maintenance got denied in DV. DV is still pending but now she filed CRPC 125. There is a clear judgement of HIGH COURT OF DELHI that Crpc 125 Process needs to be followed in DV. Can two similar proceeding run on two diffrent Courts. Plz share ur valuable thoughts wd me.

These two proceeings can run simultaneously in two different courts, no bar to that.

Yes, before the court pass a maintenance order they see the inter. maintenance in Dv.

Yes,

remember both are different , you can file crpc 125 after dv.
