As per model bye-law 14(c), sinking fund can be utilised for reconstruction/alteration/srructural work of the Society's Building, duly ceritified by the approved Architect, after seeking permission from the Registrar and having passed it at the AGM.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply. As per the recent Maharashtra Government's G.O. Sinking fund can be utilised with out the Registra'rs permission. My Special Query is If we withdraw all the funds , can we replinish it the same ? The period of replinishment.

Shall appreciate your reply .

Regards.

Ravi atreya.
