SLP eFiling before Hon'ble SC

Ld. members,

Encountered a problem while filing SLP before Hon'ble SC via eFiling route.

Que.: A petitioner in person wants to eFile before Hon'ble SC SLP but does not know Respondent(s) Advocate on Record name while e Filing. There is are a list of some 11 names of Advocate on Record appears while clicking name of Respondent(s) Advocate during eFiling. What to do/remedy?

Rgds.

not needed to mention it. this is just a formality and not actually needed. while filing an SLP, you certainly won't know the respondent's advocate as the respondent is yet to engage an advocate.

mr legal fighter,

advocate on record does not mean respondent's advocate. i also done the same mistake.

a few advocates are declared by sc as an advocate on record.

one has to chose an advocate on record. he will work as a medeator between the petitioner and sc.

but i think it is necessary after the admission by sc, not before that. this available on sc rules 1966, pl cfm fm it.
