I would request you all to assist me with your knowledge and experience.
Question :- Is it mandatory to escalate Slum Rehabilitation Scheme (SRS) of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Mumbai - Maharashtra, India to the High Power Committee first and then to State Government before filing any lawsuit in court of law.
