If the application is admitted and notices have duly served File miscallneous application under order VII Rule 10 of cpc with prayer to the court that Opposite aparty has not filed the reply which otherwise has to file it with in  30 days . The court record the submissions and give notice for heraring and may [pass appropraite order in the next date of hearing

I have already stated that you first draft your application on foolsclap paper with multiple copies along with affiadavit and serve to the OP via speed post and file tyhe same either before the filing counter or on the dias of Hon'ble Judge
