Society formation

we got possion in 2010 and requested to builder to form society. But he did 4 deed of apartment out of 28 flats. And still 80% people are demanding to form a society. Can we form the society?

Hi,

Yes, You format Society and in Gujarat builder registered Service Society thenafter got BU Permission. if 11 members ready then you can registered Service Society for maintenance purpose.
