Softwares Service Level Agreement Vetting

If you mean endorsing seal of court then submit the agreement in the sub registrar court and get it registered.

Usually the contracts and such agreements are signed and stamped (in case of companies)  by both of parties and they are biding and enforceable under law. 

We want Lawyer to read it first and make commentary to us. We are the service receiver. And, want to know commercial terms for the same from IPR/CORPORATE Lawyer.

You juts want to understand  the terms and conditions of the contract ? That may raise comments and would need negotiations, just look for  locally availble lawyer who deal with contracts . The contract template is from Service privder or  you just want to draft the contract? Specify.

We had got a SLA from software company and simply we want to get it reviewed and suggest, advice us after reading/reviewing the whole agreement. What are the points that are not in favour and will make trouble in future to us.
