Dear Experts,
I lost my job in a good MNC due to a false 498a case against me. Also I have false DV and 125crpc cases against me which are still under trial in court. As i lost my job & wont get any till i get 498a closed, am planning to start a sole proprietorship firm (a website for used vehicles) in Bangalore. As I don't want to pay any maintenance, i don't want the business to be in my name. I want to get a licence in my Father's name (who resides outside Blore) and I would be working as an employee. I do not need any shop and I would be operating from home in Bangalore. So my questions are
1. Can i get a licence from municipality of my native town in my Father's name and operate in Bangalore?
2. If i get a licence from my native town, should I need one more licence from Bangalore?
