Acknowledgement Card, received & signed by ANYBODY at the designated address, is SUFFICIENT enough as irrefutable & conclusive Evidence, under the provisions of section 27 of the General Clauses Act. The Post Master or Delivery man can be summoned as witness to testify, conclusively, without any further reference..
