Sra builder not paying rent to tenant

myself venkatesh pillai, SRA builder has taken our house for under redevelopment,i per the agreement he promise us to pay rent to all the tenant in time..but he is not following it, from the past 2 year he is not paying rent to us, if we ask for rent, he is not responding to us..so please guide what action should i take againt SRA builder if he is not paying rent to tenant

1) As per redevelopment agreement if builder have agree that during period of construction he will pay rent of ur flat then he is bound to pay it.

2) If he is not paying rent file case in district consumer court for recovery of rent and compensation for the dames u suffer for non payment of rent by builder.

3) Consult local lawyer for more help.
