Sra housing society

Dear Sir,

Please advise if Ration card is a valuable documents in SRA ?

Builder has done the agreement with my mother without verifying Original ration card which is in my father’s name & my mom is claiming that legally rationing card holder has no right in this property & there is no value of ration card in SRA re-development.

Also note we do not have any information what agreement has been made between my Mom & Builder. we had asked for agreement copy for the same but committe are not co-operating with us.

My mother has opted for Transit camp first & at the last point she moved for Cheque & made the agreement internally without informing my father & issued the check of 1,85000 & left the house but my father & myself still statying in that house.

Could you please advise if my father can fight for his rights in this property as both of them has hard worked to build this house & i want both of them shoul get equal rights in making future decisions in this Property 50 / 50

Can we go for Joint agreement with builder ?

Power of Attorney is in my Mothers name & her Name is in Annexure 2.

please advise with favourable action.

Under SRA th actual occupant is entitled for alternate accommodation

that means every member of the family who is residing in the home has rights in that house as per SRA scheme ?
