ST PLOT

I am living in 5th scheduled area which is located in municipal area, i purchased a scheduled tribe plot 4 yrs ago the coloniser was ST and colonizer has licence as colonizer.There were all the permission was ok, like T & C, DIVERSION, UPPER COLLECTOR LETTER THAT THIS PLOT CAN BE PURCHASED BY ANY CATEGORY ANY CAST. I finance loan from SBI and costruct a house on plot and living since 2 yrs. But now new collector issued a order that the upper collector permission cancelled and returned the plot to colonizer there is no clarification about return of money or present rate. What i do now ? Where i go ? Kya is desh me kanoon naam ki cheej hain .? Ya 5th schedule area me aadivasiyon ko gair aadiwasiyon ko lootane ka licence diyajata hain ?
