I would like to know exact stamp duty and registration/government fee and any other fee / charges / taxes in the State of Gujarat on:
1. Leave and License Agreement for 11 months and more then 11 months.
2. Lease Deed for 11 months and more then 11 months.
Whether registration is compulsory for Leave and License Agreement and/or Lease Deed for a period of 11 months only?

one book called Government Stamp Duty 2011 which published every year or u may check out in registrar office u will let know the same exactly.
for leave and license there is no compulsory to register it if you wnat u may notary it
