Stamp paper verification

Dear All, Kindly tell me how can I ascertain that a particular stamp paper is being purchased by a particular person on the same date mentioned behind it. This is a very urgent query as there is one fraudulent conveyance deed made on the basis of twenty year old Agreement of sale and purchase. I want to get that paper verified as I have full confidence that this agreement was not done twenty years ago, rather has been prepared few months back.
