Standard charges for parking in stilt

 charge of Rs.200/- for a 4-wheeler and Rs.50/- per 2-wheeler per month

charge for parking is decided in AGM and it is final if resolution is properly passed.

it is not complusory to charge a parking charge but if it passed at AGM  to charge a parking charge then it is payable.

and the Amount decided in AGM will be ur parking charge as there is no standard parking charge chart availabe but it should be reasonable else u can take objection in that AGM.
