There is no proforma for a will but whatever she want to part with the property she can give to them with will and pleasure without any coercion.

It need not be registered. But she can cancel the will at any time and make another will. The last will is valid and enforceable.

A will can be registered at a place where it is executed. a registered will bears more value, consult lawyer for drafting will and registration.

Author, a will may be executed at the will and wish of the testator.  the will contents come into force only after death of the testator.  the last will whether it is registered or not is valid. will may be registered at any place, where the testatro is living at the time of executing the will.
