Dear All, In the instant case the acquisition proceedings have started and the proceedings are continuing with District Revenue Officer. My question is whether or not the question of ownership of the land in question (which happens to be Agricultural land in use and occupation of present occupier and cultivator showing in Entry II as Tenant) will be decided by the District Court in Acquisition proceedings or even at this stage as well there exists a right in favour of the tenant to go before the Civil Court seeking declaration even when the acquisition proceedings have started.
