Status quo not maintained

Hi,

A big thanks to all the expert who have been giving their expert advice on this platform,

Mine query is, since a suit is filed in bombay high court for property the same was transferred to civil court, and in the mean time i.e from the date of transfer to the first date of hearing in civil court, the defendant demolised the exsisting structure and constructed the new structure with brick and wall, does this amount to non maintenance of status quo.

Please do advice.

As per your query  i think court  was not passed injunction order. You can file appropriate application with injunction application before concern civil  court.
