Stay on Arrest from Allahbad High court

How much time to get Stay order from Allahbad High court for 498a and 406 case?? it's around 18 days and I still didn't get stay order. my lawyer says that it will take minimum 15 days I think my lawyer misguided me.. please help..

Time frame depend upon how many case are pending in court.

Normally it will take 2-3 days but some exceptional circumstances not more than week and as per present situation only 2-3 days if need more clarification then you may contact us.

my lawyer says to me that, he sent the all documents by post that's y its little bit time taking. actually lawyer is sitting in Ghaziabd district court.
