Can a high court stay the order of Consumer forum/ commissions?

Yes, High Court can exercise its power to set aside the order passed by the NDRC.

Only the state commission is the  Appellate Authority for District commissions and the National Commission for State commissions.

To: Adv.Rohit Sharma ji. Thank you for your. response. My interest is to know under which sec. of CPC, the High Court can exercise its power to set aside the order of consumer forum, while such power is vested only with St.Con.Com.
