stay order before judgement

1. can sec. 125 crpc proceedings be stayed, case at final arguments. just on the basis of fact that case pending in hma and interim being paid in 24 hma in sec. 13 in different court. 2. if bombay hight court judgement of karmarkar v/ s karmarkar is effective, does an application for stay order will suffice or any different section number needs to be applied with affidavits in addition before the judgements is delivered . 3. please advise experts.
