Can a stay order be granted by the appropriate Civil Court against the unlawful activity ( which is not provided in the registered Bye Laws of the Society) by the Executive Committee of the duly registered welfare Society. The Executive Committee intends to get the approval by the GBM for appointing Auditors. The GBM is likely to have majority of the Proxies. There is no provision exists for proxies in the Bye Laws.
