i am st candidate..and from gujarat
i bouught land from general category member and then sold to another general category
it's legal or illegal ? ? ?
and if it is illegal then what's the solution? ? ?
Almost after 17 year i sold it , now i got notice for that land what to do i don't understand..plz..
Help me...

A ST category person can sell his land without any obstruction. but what are the contents of the notice you received and from whom? if the full facts not disclosed, you cannot get proper reply.
