Respected Sirs,
Its been more than 2 years since my 498A+307 (etc) case has come to session court. I'm not going for quash or discharge, since day waiting for trail to start but don't why judge is not framing the charges on two dates my lawyer verbally pleaded to proceed with trail but judge didn't replied anything. He was silent and gave the dates.
Can I submit memo, requesting judge to please proceed with charge framing and start the trail. Can some one please help what we should write in this memo ? Thanks!
