Hi Bala,
Succession Certificate is a lengthy procedure that requires a Declaration Suit, Paper Publication, etc., and takes not less than six months, but there is no other way to claim your title. A succession certificate declares all the legal heirs, i.e., all the four legal heirs names will be displayed on the certificate.
