Suit for damages & defamation

Hi Experts,

its been three months now i have been accqitted how long will i have option to file siut for damages and defamation aginst them?

insights much Apriciated

You can file for compensation only and only if the offences made on u was false and fabricated.. For further private mssge me

I am confused from your findings sir

Sure you can prosecute them.  --- mean should i file case aginst them please eloborate

The honorable  court gave verdict that there was no peice of material binding onthe accused  for the charges framed can i proceed with this ground. please let me know your concerns
