My name is SAKAM SHIVA REDDY but in all study documents says G SHIVA REDDY.
all my government proofs also says SAKAM SHIVA REDDY only.
now I need to change in study documents
as SAKAM SHIVA REDDY instead of G SHIVA REDDY also my father name G instead of SAKAM in tenth class and all the follows study documents.
I completed my SSC in 2009.
please suggest me.
I even completed Gazette publication in ANDHRA PRADESH.
but passport people asked me that how come u can change your Father's surname.
They suggest me that I have to correct the corrections in Tenth class marks sheet.
