When our advocate is found to have colluded with other party's advocate and the complaint is filed with BAR Council, shall we request the Court to suspend the services of the other party lawyer to contest our case pending disposal of complaint at BAR Council? If so, under which Act / Section?

At best you can change your lawyer and proceed. You cannot ask the court to and Court will also not suspend the lawyer (that too opposite lawyer).
