Tallaq pronounced 3 times

Sir, A christian girl and a muslim boy got married in england by the civil ceremony..They decided to settle in India..2 yrs later , quarel starts between them ,then as a result , the girl went England for sometime..In this time the husband says triple talak at a one go... Que 1. Is this talak /divorce is valid? Is islam law permits it??or there must have to be a three months cycle period. Q no.2- Can the girl re marry other marry without following any procedure.. Can a marriage be such a valid marriage Girl has been converted to islam. Case law required
