I have one query regarding property sale.
Recently I have sold out my own resident place, flat apartment. I have received all the payments and whole sale/buy procedure is been done last week. So far we have gone thru,
1. MOU - Token
2. Agreement to sale
3. Sale deed
buyers have paid me whole amount, but we never discuss any point about TDS. Now the question arise who will pay TDS?
so can you please advice me on TDS point? The value of property we registered is above 50Lacks.
As per my knowledge 1% of total amount has to be paid against TDS, but we are not sure who will pay and how it will be benefitted to me (as a seller).
Your advice will defienetely help me.
