Our rental agreement with tenant expired on Dec 30 2016 and he did not sign in the renewed rental agreement till now, despite our reminders.Now 2 days before he came back saying he is terminating Tenancy and leaving the house in one week. he did not issue any notice period to us. what is the rule for getting rent for notice period (2 months in rental agreement signed up before) in this case.He has been paying rent till last month, eventhough agreement expired. please reply
