Dear Sir,
Tenant has occupied my shop and he is not receiving the notice sent by me. Is there any other way to create the cause of action so that I can file a plaint relating to the same and let the civil proceedings be initiated as soon as possible.
I am fed up of getting the return of notice with endorsement of postman that "Kai baar jane par bhi mil nahin paaye".
I am in the urgent need of help.
Please help me sir.
