My client father working as BMTC corporation driver and he terminated
from service for non attendance for the period of 3 years by enquiry officer in the year 2012..
subsequently in the year 2017 he passed away since he suffering serious health issues..
PLS suggested me
whether his son entitled for appointment under compensation ground or his wife entitled for pension and further after his demise what all the benefits his family members have in BMTC

Govt, private, Commercial, Industrial establishment?
The establishment might have paid all terminal benefits upon termination of employment.
What is stated in appointment letter, service rules/conditions, standing orders…?
Did employee contest Termination order and was any case in progress in court?
