what's happened to reconsidering of waving off the 6 mnths. period between the 2 motions u/s 13 of HMA?

The 6 months mandatory period cannot be wavied off as per the latest judgement between Anil Kumar Jain v/s Maya Jain on 1st September 2009. The reconsidering is not yet taken place.
