The case of n.d.tiwari

Just four days after conceding that the 85-year-old leader, N.D.Tiwari cannot be compelled to give his blood sample for DNA test as per the court's last year order, the Delhi HC today issued a Contempt Notice to Mr.N.D.Tiwari for not complying with the Orders of the Court to give the blood sample. This sounds a bit confusing and contradictory. Can our members post their opinion.

Very difficult to comment unless the all the orders are read. If you could post the details of the case like the case number or the court orders(not the news items)then one can read and make an attempt to give opinion.

True, it is like those TV advertisements that show UMPIRES first nod their head, their fingers etc and then say something else in words.

This case is just tip of the iceberg. This highlights the urgent need to have all these courts, their proceedings, everything on internet in e-mode. In fact, the way Lok Sabha TV etc function, we could have exclusive "Nyay TV" or something like that, where all aspects of all courts are covered.
