Dear Friend and colleagues,
In supplement to my friend's description the case law quoted is with reference to "if any breach is with reference to contract then how can such damages occured out of breach of contract can be measured"
in short it has discussed much about the remotness for measuring the damges i.e.,"compnesation can be claimed for any loss or damge that arose inthe susual course of things from the breach of contract.( in refernce of liquidated damages)
hopes this as well clarifies much.
Best Regards,
