There is no judge appointed for 2 years what must we do?

In Bangalore Family court no judge is appointed for 2 years and my case is delayed by 2 years. It is 2009 case and nothing has happened in last 2 years. I have been complaining to Law ministry, High court regitsrare general but they are not listening. What best Can I do in this regard?

My application is pending since last 2 years to stop maintetance of my wife who is earning handsomely. But due to this mismanegement in judiciary I am getting penalized. I am also losing my job.

Can I stop her mainetance as court itself is not taking any decsision ?

You may file a transfer petition with the High Court to transfer the case to another court which has jurisdiction.

Else, just chill & relax and stop paying the maintenance amount till the court resumes. Should you have hired an advocate to take advise and get these solutions before 2 years.

RIGHTLY ADVISED BY MR. DASH.

EITHER APPROACH HIGH COURT OR SIT IDLE.

UR are wrong dear querist, It is a surprise that a court does not have a Judge for 2 yrs.In that case either an incharge judge willbe appointed or else the cases will be transfered to other courts.
