Threat call from police station

Dear sir/Madam,

last 10 days my wife talked to me. but she is not ready to come back or divorce.

on 30-7-2014 she filed a complaint against me in her local police station that i am threatening her life.

I have a call from p.s & come to an enquiry on 3-8-2014 morning.

Sir What Precaution I need to take sir,

Dont fear, you can attend police station, mostely they will enquiry to you about your wife complaint,

where are you from ?

it is a general enquiry for every complaint filed by the women

first know the details of the complaint and answer accordingly do not worry or do not confuse in answering

Sir,

I did not done any threat to my wife. since can i ask the officer to submit the proof/evidence from my wife.

if there is no evidence can i ask to i will resolve this through court.

After i said this statement,

What is the reaction of police officer whether he files FIR against me?

If FIR files then are they arrest me/under which section it falls,

Kindly guide me sir the next steps, because i need to prove my wife giving false complaint against me

Dear you go to police station and findout what case your wife has file against you has she submitted any written application or an NC and under which section. Then accordingly you can meet a lawyer of the same. If you are in Mumbai pls call me on 8898603613/ 9819381214
